IC 4952, also known as PGC 64163, is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sa in the constellation Telescopium, and was discovered on October 3, 1901. It lies approximately 189 million light-years from Earth and belongs to the Lyons Groups of Galaxies LGG 429, with a redshift of 0.014260.

Apparent visual magnitude is 13.1, with an angular size of 1.3 by 0.6 arcminutes and surface brightness of 12.7 mag/arcmin². Alternate names include ESO 186-001 and 2MASX J20083763-5527132.
